School is out! We have three months of fun in the sun! Is that what summer really is about? I hope those are the memories my girls will have of summer. I hope I don't taint their summer memories with frustrations of trying to keep the doors closed so we don't have flies swarming the table at dinnertime. Or my freaking out because as I walk across the cool, tile kitchen floor in barefeet I find that I now have sand and dirt on the bottom of my feet that all the neighbor children tracked in that afternoon on their way to getting an umpteenth amount of paper cups because they are thirsty. Ahhh! Summer really does belong to kids! Hope you enjoy yours!

Jackie, I was totally blog hopping and I came across your blog. How fun to read about you. Tell Tammy hello from me. I heard she moved back to Utah but I wanted to tell her that my son just got called to the Tempe Arizona mission. I think that is where she just moved from.
